Run like maniacs through your yard and up and down the street (with caution, of course) jumping in puddles and twirling and singing. ReplyDeleteso much to this. i don't have a goal, expectation, assumption, or guarantee of 80+ years, or what have you. i want to stand before Him having LIVED for Him fully.
more and more the gravity of this bears on me. affecting and challenging everything.
we celebrate so cavalierly when it's such a precious and grave responsibility and gift we are given each new day. and not with a goal of having 'lot's' of birthdays, but with a focus and mindset of, did i live and do what He's given us to do, TODAY?
my challenge to you along these lines is to no longer be arrogant in assuming you have tomorrow to do ______. i say arrogant because it is such arrogance for us to assume we have more time.
