Our Daily Bread Promise Box Winner {and hello! to unrelated content}.

THANK YOU to all who entered the Our Daily Bread giveaway.
I love that each of you, who left a comment, truly desired to own one of these.  That, more than the number entered or the amount of particiation, made me the most fulfilled.  Giveaways in general can get a bit tiresome, don't you think? But I love giving away things that are truly unique, special or of significance {not that a beautiful necklace giveaway isn't delightful, from time to time}.

Even if you didn't win, please go get one.  I promise you won't regret it.

If you are KRISTIN {no profile linked} #9....

Congratulations, friend.

On a particularly unrelated note.....
I just got a text from my friend Rachel.
She asked if I had heard of this British Mini Series.

Have you?  Is it good? Send a review, please?
Nevermind. I don't care if I know nothing of it.  I'm purchasing it on good marketing alone. Look at the cover! Adorable!  It's from the BBC!  They do no wrong!  Right now, in fact, I'm buying it.  I have a small amount of rat money, from babysitting, and it's in my Amazon shopping cart.  It's happening.
I'll let you know what I think {or would you even be interested?}.

Also, my children don't get to watch television {much} during the week, but on principle, they have watched A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and The Mayflower Voyages over and over. Mainly because I love it and feel like it's somewhat excusable because they are "learning" history.

Also, Kensington calls the Mayflower, the "Cauliflower", which I think is especially endearing.
